From the very first bars, it seems obvious that the German composer is inviting the listener on an introspective and singular journey. Nestled between modern music of classical tradition and electronica, between new-age folklore, sacred music and ambient with a cinematic flourish, his hybrid music combines the virtues of instrumental and synthetic music, and the choral element adds enormously to the ethereal ambiance. A rendezvous with beauty and enchantment.
