De nombreux chœurs et groupes de chant de partout au Canada et d’ailleurs ont répondu à l’appel de candidatures lancé par le Comité national de PODIUM 2024 pour participer au Festival à Montréal. Neuf groupes exceptionnels ont été choisis par le comité de sélection pour présenter une variété de programmes mettant en vedette différents styles, compositeur.trices et créateur.trices de musique. Chaque concert est conçu pour élargir nos esprits, ouvrir nos cœurs et célébrer la joie du chant collectif.
Les trois groupes à l’affiche de ce concert sont Babεl (Elaine Choi) de Toronto (Ont.), Coroncoro Ensamble Vocal de Bogotá (Ana Paulina Alvarez), en Colombie et Concreamus (Kai Leung) de Toronto (Ont.).
Numerous choirs and singing groups from across Canada and beyond responded to the PODIUM 2024 National Committee’s call for applications to participate in the Festival in Montreal. Nine outstanding groups were chosen by the selection committee to present a variety of programs featuring different styles, composers and music creators. Each concert is designed to expand our minds, open our hearts and celebrate the joy of collective song.
The three groups featured in this concert are Babεl (Elaine Choi) from Toronto, Ont.; Coroncoro Ensamble Vocal de Bogotá (Ana Paulina Alvarez), Colombia; and Concreamus (Kai Leung) from Toronto, Ont.
