Francos de Montréal : Joe Rocca à la scène Desjardins

Fri 20 Jun 2025 • 10:30 pm Hip Hop / Keb Rap / R&B
Scène Desjardins - Montréal Gratuit
· by Rédaction PAN M 360

Joe Rocca is back after taking the time he needed to reflect on his craft and return with a fully realized, introspective concept that marks the peak of his artistry. Hybride is one of the most versatile albums ever delivered by a Quebec rapper. With production by Félix Petit (Les Louanges, Hubert Lenoir, etc.), Jean-Michel Frédéric (Dominique Fils-Aimé, Loud, KNLO, etc.), and Worry, the Dead Obies co-founder reveals himself as a truly singular artist—Hybride in every sense—bridging pop, rap, funk, soul, and R&B. Following his solo debut French Kiss (2017) and drawing on extensive experience in the studio and on stage with Dead Obies, the young artist, now in his early thirties, shows a rare musical maturity for his age. That wisdom comes through in the humility and authenticity of his lyrics, which explore love, relationships, and a kind of realism rooted more in introspection than in flamboyance.

CE SPECTACLE EST GRATUIT!
