Sun 16 Jun 2024 • 03:00 pm classique
Foyer Saint-Antoine - Longueuil À partir de 25$
· by Rédaction PAN M 360

Puisque tout passe, la France en chanson is a mosaic of French chanson gems from the Renaissance to the 20th century. Tackling themes of nature and love, the texts of great poets such as Pierre de Ronsard and Maria Rilke are set to music by such masters of polyphonic song as Clément Janequin, Francis Poulenc, Rolland de Lassus and Claude Debussy. An unusual and colorful assemblage, warmly delivered by an a cappella quartet with perfectly matched voices.
