Aux côtés d’extraits d’œuvres mythiques, notamment KoyaanisqatsiGlassworks et Einstein on the Beach, l’Ensemble Philip Glass présente la création canadienne de Music in Eight Parts, 50 ans après sa composition. Une occasion exceptionnelle d’entendre cette œuvre retrouvée de Philip Glass !

Le Philip Glass Ensemble est l’interprète exclusif de son répertoire. Veuillez noter que Philip Glass lui-même ne se produira pas dans le cadre de ce concert. En vertu de dispositions spéciales avec Philip Glass et Dunvagen Music Publishers, Inc.

Alongside excerpts of works that have made the composer’s renown, including KoyaanisqatsiGlassworks, and Einstein on the Beach, the Ensemble gives the Canadian premiere of Music in Eight Parts, 50 years after it was composed. A unique opportunity to hear a rediscovered piece by Philip Glass!
