Créateur de contenu aux multiples facettes, Alex Warren a quitté l’univers des réseaux sociaux pour se rendre en studio et présenter sa pop passionnée, d’auteur-compositeur-interprète. Warren a d’abord attiré l’attention avec ses vidéos de skate sur YouTube, avant de se spécialiser dans la comédie et le vlogging. En 2021, il se lance dans la musique, créant des chansons pop sensibles, vibrantes et confessions personnelles. Son style, vaguement similaire à celui de chanteurs-compositeurs électro comme Jack Garratt, mêle des mélodies sincères à des couches d’électronique éthérée, un écrin sonore qui lui permet de traiter le traumatisme de la perte de ses deux parents à un âge précoce. Originaire de Californie, il se classe à l’international début 2024 avec la chanson émotive Before You Leave Me, suivie quelques mois plus tard par Save You a Seat, la chanson entraînante Carry You Home et son entrée dans le Billboard Hot 100 avec Burning Down. Les quatre morceaux figurent sur son premier album, You’ll Be Alright, Kid (Chapter 1), qui se classe à l’international et atteint la moitié supérieure du Billboard 200 avant la fin de l’année.

A content creator who spans every imaginable outlet, Alex Warren stepped out from behind the phone and into the recording studio to introduce his passionate singer/songwriter pop. Warren first gained attention for his skateboarding videos on YouTube, and soon specialized in comedy and vlogging. By 2021, he’d branched out into music, crafting quivering, sensitive, confessional pop tunes. Sounding vaguely reminiscent of such electronic-inflected singer/songwriters like Jack Garratt, Alex Warren slathers his open-hearted melodies with layers of gossamer electronics, the glossy bed providing Warren with an avenue to process the trauma of losing both of his parents at an early age. The California native charted abroad in early 2024 with the emotional “Before You Leave Me,” followed a few months later by “Save You a Seat,” the foot-stomping “Carry You Home,” and his Billboard Hot 100 debut, “Burning Down.” All four songs appeared on his full-length debut, You’ll Be Alright, Kid (Chapter 1), which charted internationally while reaching the top half of the Billboard 200 before the end of the year.
