Le 6 février prochain, Noël Fortin, Robin Gaudreault, Yan Lapierre et Frank Gilbert, quatre passionnés de musique originaires du lac St-Jean, vous interpréteront des chansons des Beatles avec une attention particulière à l’album Abbey Road et aux morceaux du concert légendaire sur le toit de l’Apple Corps en 1969. Venez revivre les moments magiques de John, Paul, George et Ringo et plongez dans l’univers intemporel des Beatles.

On February 6th, Noël Fortin, Robin Gaudreault, Yan Lapierre, and Frank Gilbert, four passionate musicians from Lac St-Jean, will perform songs by The Beatles with a special focus on the Abbey Road album and the legendary 1969 rooftop concert at Apple Corps. Come relive the magical moments of John, Paul, George, and Ringo, and immerse yourself in the timeless universe of The Beatles.

Taverne Tour : BoBo OnO at Taverne Saint-Sacrement

BoBo OnO is Nicolas Beaudoin’s alter ego. A possible illegitimate son of Yoko, who escaped from Dolbeau 40 years ago (the myth lives on, the dates match), BoBo believes in instinct and letting go, loves big parties and takes life as a gift. A good jack, presenting a solo project of groovy pop-rock, with funk and psych breaches and consciously sculpted soaring envelopes.

BoBo OnO, c’est l’alter ego de Nicolas Beaudoin. Possible fils illégitime de Yoko échappé à Dolbeau il y a 40 ans (le mythe perdure, les dates concordent), BoBo croit en l’instinct et le laisser-aller, aime les grandes fêtes et prend la vie comme un cadeau. Un bon jack, qui présente un projet solo de pop-rock groovy, aux brèches funk et psych et aux enveloppes planantes sciemment sculptées.

Le Taverne Tour présente The Fake Friends

The Fake Friends sonne comme une bande de vieux hardcoreurs qui essaient de faire des chansons pop. Oui, à première vue, cela ne semble pas être une bonne idée, mais c’est honnêtement l’une des choses qui rendent ce groupe si génial. Des rythmes doux, des refrains infectieux, des paroles introspectives et quelques breakdowns épiques donnent des chansons intenses et extrêmement addictives.

The Fake Friends sound like a bunch of old hardcore guys trying to make pop songs. Yeah, on it’s face, that doesn’t seem like it would be a good idea, but it’s honestly one of the things that makes this band so fucking great. Sweet licks, infectious choruses, introspective lyrics with some epic breakdowns thrown in make for some intense and supremely addictive songs.
