Respectful of her Wassoulou traditions and affinity for desert blues, M followed his discovery\u2019s lead, supporting her pop, folk, rock and funk inclinations while highlighting the richness of West African melodic inflections, traditional instruments \u2014 tama, kora, ngnoni, djemb\u00e9, etc. \u2014 and passion for the music.
