They were inspired to reinterpret songs by Aleppine singer Sabri Mdallal (1918-2006). A group was formed, albums were recorded and concerts were given. SAR\u0100B explores a universe where, by turns, contemporary electric jazz, traditional or popular music from the Levant and quasi-metal rock intertwine, as witnessed by the albums <em>Sar\u0101b<\/em> (2019), <em>Arw\u0101h Hurra &#8211; \u00c2mes libres<\/em> (2021), <em>Awalebese Tape<\/em> (2023) and a brand new recording scheduled for this year. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:20px\"><strong>For the first time in Montreal, SAR\u0100B brings us their Arab-Caucasian jazz-rock, which is undoubtedly transcultural.
