Her rich body of work lies at the crossroads of what she calls sound archaeology and cinemasonry. A concert devoted to her will be held on Thursday 21 November at the Salle Bleue in the Wilder Building in Montreal&#8217;s Quartier des spectacles, as part of the programming of the contemporary music group Le Vivier. In addition to the loudspeaker orchestra, there will be flutes, Armenian duduk, Australian aboriginal didjeridoo, Japanese shakuhachi, percussion and a host of bird calls that the audience will be invited to use to create an extraordinary bird symphony for one of the pieces on the programme. Several new pieces will also be premiered.
