HANES y alterne entre la guitare (bruyante) et la basse \u00e9lectrique (mercuriale).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La jeune violoncelliste et violoniste (aussi compositrice et artiste multidisciplinaire) ALIYA ULTAN est une d\u00e9couverte en soi. Son jeu survolt\u00e9 catapulte le groupe dans les plus hautes sph\u00e8res.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les deux autres membres sont d\u2019une autre g\u00e9n\u00e9ration, mais ils n\u2019ont rien \u00e0 envier au dynamisme de leurs cadets! \u00c7a fait longtemps qu\u2019on n\u2019a pas vu le grand clavi\u00e9riste ANTHONY COLEMAN au FIMAV. Acolyte r\u00e9gulier de ZORN dans les ann\u00e9es 80 et 90, il a multipli\u00e9 les projets au fil des ans, autant dans l\u2019improvisation que dans la composition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CALVIN WESTON est lui aussi une l\u00e9gende, ayant occup\u00e9 le tabouret du batteur dans le Prime Time d\u2019Ornette Coleman avant de se joindre au groupe de James \u00ab Blood \u00bb Ulmer, puis aux Lounge Lizards. Sa liste d\u2019apparitions s\u2019\u00e9tend du funk rock \u00e0 l\u2019improvisation libre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Introducing \u00ab GNR8RZ \u00bb (pronounced generators), an electrifying band with a vigorous sound led by SIMON HANES, the bassist in the power trio Trigger (seen at FIMAV as part of JOHN ZORN\u2019s \u00ab Bagatelles \u00bb project). Here, HANES alternates between noisy guitar and mercurial bass.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The young cellist and violinist (and composer and multidisciplinary artist) ALIYA ULTAN is a discovery on her own. Her high-voltage playing catapults the band into the stratosphere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The other two members may be from an older generation, but they have no trouble matching their cadets\u2019 dynamism! The FIMAV is very happy to welcome again legendary keyboardist ANTHONY COLEMAN, who was a regular in ZORN\u2019s 80s and 90s projects. He remains very active in the fields of modern composition and improvisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Drummer CALVIN WESTON is also a legend. He used to play in Ornette Coleman\u2019s Prime Time before joining James \u201cBlood\u201d Ulmer\u2019s group, and later The Lounge Lizards.
