N\u00e9 dans un quartier populaire de Kinshasa, en RD Congo, d’o\u00f9 la musique est une mode de vie, le guitariste-auteur-compositeur RNeuf, alors enfant, tombe amoureux de l’instrument que son grand fr\u00e8re : la guitare. Avec cette influence, il commence \u00e0 apprendre \u00e0 en jouer avec un instrument qu\u2019il fabrique lui-m\u00eame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
En grandissant, RNeuf s\u2019impose dans le milieu parmi les r\u00e9v\u00e9lations de la musique congolaise. Il travaille avec diff\u00e9rents groupes de musique au Congo, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 rejoindre le c\u00e9l\u00e8bre groupe Mbongwana Star (groupe cr\u00e9\u00e9 apr\u00e8s la s\u00e9paration du l\u00e9gendaire orchestre Staff Banda Bilili).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Avec Mbongwana Star, il parcourt le monde, et passe sur les sc\u00e8nes des plus grands festivals au monde, en Europe et en Am\u00e9rique notamment (Coachella, Africolor, etc). Il collabore \u00e9galement sur 2 albums du groupes \u2018\u2019From Kinshasa to the moon\u2019\u2019 en 2015, et \u2018\u2019Bitumba\u2019\u2019 en 2017.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Guitariste et chanteur qui ma\u00eetrise parfaitement la Rumba et le Soukouss congolais, il offre aujourd’hui un projet musical en solo. Avec son parcours, sa g\u00e9n\u00e9rosit\u00e9 artistique, son \u00e9nergie hors du commun, sa rapidit\u00e9 de jeu et son amour de la chanson. RNeuf exploite le flow de la rumba et soukouss de son pays d\u2019origine et interpr\u00e8te sa passion musicale dans ses compositions aux rythmes de sa Rumba Rock \u00c9lectro (Afro-Rock).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Born in a working class neighborhood in Kinshasa, DR Congo, where music is a way of life, guitarist-songwriter RNeuf, as a child, fell in love with the instrument his older brother played: the guitar. With this influence, he began to learn to play it with an instrument he made himself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As he grew up, RNeuf became one of the revelations of Congolese music. He worked with different music groups in Congo, until he joined the famous group Mbongwana Star (group created after the separation of the legendary orchestra Staff Banda Bilili).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
With Mbongwana Star, he travels the world, and plays on the stages of the biggest festivals in the world, in Europe and America in particular (Coachella, Africolor, etc). He also collaborates on 2 albums of the group ”From Kinshasa to the moon” in 2015, and ”Bitumba” in 2017.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Guitarist and singer who masters perfectly the Rumba and the Congolese Soukouss, he offers today a musical project in solo. With his background, his artistic generosity, his uncommon energy, his speed of play and his love of song. RNeuf exploits the flow of the rumba and soukouss of his country of origin and interprets his musical passion in his compositions, to the rhythms of his Rumba Rock Electro (Afro-Rock).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
