On peut entendre \u201cLa ligne bleue\u201d, extrait de cet album sur la Compilation Putumayo \u201cWorld Cafe 2021\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Membre fondateur du groupe \u201cLa Pirogue\u201d (Prix de la Diversit\u00e9 en musique du Conseil des Arts de Montr\u00e9al et Syli d\u2019Argent 2019), Romain se concentre en 2020 sur ses premi\u00e8res amours musicales et pr\u00e9pare actuellement un album fait de compositions de style soul, folk et pop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Romain emm\u00e8ne l\u2019auditeur dans un voyage aux \u00e9motions changeantes: m\u00e9lancolie, douce joie, tendresse \u00e9vasive, amour passionn\u00e9, joie explosive\u2026 La vari\u00e9t\u00e9 et l\u2019\u00e9nergie des chansons rappellent plusieurs cultures auxquelles Romain a \u00e9t\u00e9 expos\u00e9 depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fermez les yeux et laissez vous transporter!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Passionate about West African music, Romain Malagnoux, author, composer, singer and guitarist, undertook a 4-month trip to Mali in 2009 in order to discover the musical culture of this country and meet musicians with whom to exchange. Evolving until then in Afro-American influenced styles (soul, folk, pop and English rock), Romain forges friendly and artistic links with the djeli n&#8217;goni player Moustafa Kouyat\u00e9 with whom, during a second stay in Mali, he composes, records and produces the album &#8220;Les fronti\u00e8res imaginaires&#8221;, (winner in 2014 of a Canadian Folk Music Award and an Independent Music Award &#8211; USA) in the company of Malian and Quebec musicians.
