En compl\u00e9ment, Rafael Payare dirigera l&#8217;ouverture \u00e9nergique&nbsp;<em>Scorpius<\/em>&nbsp;de R. Murray Schafer, ainsi que la tr\u00e9pidante&nbsp;<em>Bachianas brasileiras n<sup>o<\/sup>&nbsp;7<\/em>&nbsp;de Villa-Lobos.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This will be Bruce Liu\u2019s first concert with the Orchestra since his 2021 triumph in the Chopin Competition. This young Montreal pianist and past winner of the OSM Competition will perform Rachmaninoff\u2019s bravura piece&nbsp;<em>Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini<\/em>, first performed when the composer lived in the United States.
