Le festival Suoni Per Il Popolo<\/em> est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 des Arts Libres et Actuels (SALA), une organisation \u00e0 but non-lucratif enregistr\u00e9e en 2002. De ses racines ancr\u00e9es dans diverses formes musicales exploratoires, la SALA s\u2019engage \u00e0 mettre de l\u2019avant la musique d\u2019avant-garde exp\u00e9rimentale dans un contexte communautaire!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Travaillant ensemble depuis 2016, le duo Prison Religion a plong\u00e9 profond\u00e9ment dans l’espace entre la trap souffl\u00e9e sur Cage With Mirrored Bars de 2016, et la musique de club destructive contemporaine sur O Fucc Im On The Wrong Planet de 2018. Depuis qu’ils se sont associ\u00e9s au label exp\u00e9rimental texan Halcyon Veil, ils ont mis en relation une \u00e9quipe mondiale de collaborateurs partageant les m\u00eames id\u00e9es pour un album de remixes comprenant Rabit, Endgame, Swan Meat, Lee Gamble et Bonaventure. Avec des liens \u00e9troits avec NON Worldwide, bas\u00e9 \u00e0 Richmond, P_R inaugure une nouvelle vague de performances en club bas\u00e9es sur la voix. En 2019, le groupe a donn\u00e9 ses premiers concerts en Europe, notamment au CTM Festival, au Unsound Festival, au Guess Who ? Festival, Creepy Teepee Festival, et autres. Le groupe travaille actuellement sur un nouvel album dont la sortie est pr\u00e9vue pour 2022 sur le label UIQ de Lee Gamble.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Golden \u03a9hms, c\u2019est la rencontre d\u2019esprit entre deux v\u00e9t\u00e9rans, artisans-artistes, de la sc\u00e8ne musicale de Toronto. AntiFrantik (Matthew Carter) et Grey Heaven Grey Earth (Patrick Mathers) se sont r\u00e9unis pour cr\u00e9er une fusion entre rap industriel et musique \u00e9lectronique, \u00e0 la fois agressive et r\u00e9fl\u00e9chie, contemplative et imp\u00e9tueuse. Suivez-les dans leur parcours labyrinthique explorant la connexion entre nature, humanit\u00e9, technologie et divinit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les parrains autoproclam\u00e9s du ‘Hardcore Romantique’, Rivalled Envy sont deux fr\u00e8res n\u00e9s \u00e0 St Leonard, Montr\u00e9al, r\u00e9sidant maintenant dans la Petite Italie. Ils fusionnent la musique de danse inspir\u00e9e de la transe et un esprit punk. Leur spectacle canalise un amour commun de Frontier Martial-Arts Wrestling et le film “A Night At The Roxbury.\u201d. Tandis qu’un fr\u00e8re crie et donne des coups de pied aussi haut qu’il le peut, l’autre accompagne la musique avec un mixage vid\u00e9o analogique en direct. The Suoni Per Il Popolo<\/em> is presented by the Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 des Arts Libres et Actuels (SALA), a Montreal based non-profit organization which was incorporated in 2002. Rooted in exploratory musical forms, the SALA is committed to presenting avant garde and experimental music and sound within a community context. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Working together since 2016, the duo have dived deep into the space between blown-out trap on 2016\u2019s Cage With Mirrored Bars<\/em>, and contemporary destructive club music on 2018\u2019s O Fucc Im On The Wrong Planet<\/em>. Since linking up with Texas-based experimental label Halcyon Veil, they’ve connected a global crew of like-minded collaborators for a remix album including Rabit, Endgame, Swan Meat, Lee Gamble and Bonaventure. With close ties to Richmond-based NON Worldwide, P_R are ushering in a new wave of vocal-based club performance. 2019 saw the band playing their first shows in Europe including performances at CTM Festival, Unsound Festival, Le Guess Who? Festival, Creepy Teepee Festival and others. The band is at work on a new album set for release in 2022 on Lee Gamble’s UIQ label.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AntiFrantik (Matthew Carter) and Grey Heaven Grey Earth (Patrick Mathers) have come together to create a rap-industrial electronic fusion that is at once both aggressive and thoughtful, relentless and contemplative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Catch them as they endlessly fall down the rabbit hole that is the connection between nature, humanity, technology and divinity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The self proclaimed godfathers of Romantic Hardcore, Rivalled Envy are two siblings born in St Leonard, Montreal, now residing in Little Italy. They fuse trance inspired dance music with punk vocals. Their live show channels a shared love of Frontier Martial-Arts Wrestling and A Night At The Roxbury. While one brother shouts and kicks as high as he can, the other accompanies the music with live analog video mixing. Leave the gun, take the cannolis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
