\u00c9lev\u00e9e \u00e0 Ellicott City, dans le Maryland, Jordan a auto\u00e9dit\u00e9 l’EP de quatre chansons “Sticki” en 2015 et a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 faire des tourn\u00e9es sous le nom de Snail Mail la m\u00eame ann\u00e9e. Un an plus tard, elle a sorti l’EP “Habit” via Sister Polygon Records, accompagn\u00e9e des anciens membres du backing band Ryan Viera (basse) et Shawn Durham (batterie). Apr\u00e8s avoir effectu\u00e9 de nombreuses tourn\u00e9es aux \u00c9tats-Unis et gagn\u00e9 en popularit\u00e9 sur des blogs musicaux notables, Jordan a sign\u00e9 avec Matador Records en 2017. En 2018, elle a publi\u00e9 son premier album “Lush” qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 salu\u00e9 par les critiques pour son travail de guitare hypnotique et sa complexit\u00e9 \u00e9motionnelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Raised in Ellicott City, Maryland, Jordan self-released the four-song EP “Sticki” in 2015 and began touring under the Snail Mail moniker that same year. A year later she released the “Habit” EP through Sister Polygon Records, accompanied by former backing band members Ryan Viera (bass) and Shawn Durham (drums). After touring the US extensively and gaining traction on notable music blogs, Jordan signed with Matador Records in 2017. In 2018, she released her debut album “Lush” which was lauded by critics for its mesmerizing guitar work and emotional complexity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
