Depuis longtemps, les Dune Rats incarnent l\u2019esprit \u00ab faites-le vous-m\u00eame \u00bb du punk rock, une tradition profond\u00e9ment ancr\u00e9e dans la sc\u00e8ne musicale de Brisbane. D\u00e8s les d\u00e9buts de groupes comme The Purple Hearts et The Saints, Brisbane a \u00e9t\u00e9 un v\u00e9ritable vivier de musique rebelle et \u00e9nergique, et les Dune Rats ne font pas exception. Depuis leur formation, le trio \u2013 Danny Beus (chant, guitare), BC Michaels (batterie) et Brett Jansch (basse) \u2013 s\u2019est fait un nom gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son attitude contagieuse et insouciante, et \u00e0 son talent pour cr\u00e9er des hymnes punk d\u00e9cha\u00een\u00e9s et entra\u00eenants, \u00e0 la fois sauvages et raffin\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dune Rats have long embodied the do-it-yourself ethos of punk rock \u2014 a tradition deeply rooted in Brisbane\u2019s music scene. From the early days of bands like The Purple Hearts and The Saints, Brisbane has been a breeding ground for rebellious, high-energy music, and Dune Rats are no exception. Since their formation, the trio \u2014 Danny Beus (vocals, guitar), BC Michaels (drums), and Brett Jansch (bass) \u2014 have made a name for themselves with their infectious, carefree attitude and their knack for creating raucous, feel-good punk anthems that somehow manage to sound both reckless and refined.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Lookout est une formation punk n roll de Montr\u00e9al men\u00e9e de front par Martha Rockhard! Tr\u00e8s active depuis quelques ann\u00e9es dans la sc\u00e8ne montr\u00e9alaise et un peu partout au Qu\u00e9bec, la formation a un premier album intitul\u00e9 \u00ab I Know The Future \u00bb qui est paru en octobre 2024 sur l\u2019\u00e9tiquette Thousand Islands Records. Leur performance \u00e9nergique sur sc\u00e8ne, qui ne passe pas inaper\u00e7ue, leur a permis de se tailler une place dans plusieurs \u00e9v\u00e9nements d\u2019envergures tels que le \u201877 Montr\u00e9al, le Pouzza Fest, NXNE Toronto, Osisko en lumi\u00e8res, Festirock, Envol & Macadam, Music 4 Cancer, Bitchfest Toronto, Le D\u00e9luge, ainsi que plusieurs premi\u00e8res parties de groupes renomm\u00e9s. The Lookout is a melodic punk n roll band from Montreal fronted by the dynamic Martha Rockhard! Active in the local scene as well as in the rest of Quebec for several years now, the band has a new record in hand call \u201c I Know The Future\u201d on Thousand Islands Records and have been all around Quebec and Ontario in the past year! Their head-turning energetic performances have landed them on the rosters of some of the big festivals (NXNE Toronto, \u201977 MTL, Pouzza Fest, Envol & Macadam, Osisko en lumi\u00e8res, Music 4 Cancer, Festirock, Le D\u00e9luge) and as opening acts for several renowned bands.
