Na\u00efka Champa\u00efgne<\/strong> est une artiste ha\u00eftienne et queer, multi-instrumentiste et multidisciplinaire, \u00e9galement actrice, mod\u00e8le et entra\u00eeneuse professionnelle, n\u00e9e et \u00e9lev\u00e9e \u00e0 Montr\u00e9al (Tio\u2019tia:ke). Son univers musical refl\u00e8te la richesse de son identit\u00e9 et de ses influences, m\u00ealant n\u00e9o-soul, funk, folk, blues, rock et hip-hop. Passionn\u00e9e de musique depuis son adolescence, elle a amorc\u00e9 son parcours \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole secondaire musicale, o\u00f9 elle a re\u00e7u une formation classique en clarinette et en saxophone avant de se tourner vers la composition et l\u2019\u00e9criture de ses propres chansons. Peu apr\u00e8s, elle fonde le duo Strange Froots avec Mags, d\u00e9veloppant un style singulier d\u00e9crit comme de l\u2019\u00ab alternative chill-soul \u00bb. Son univers riche et \u00e9clectique tisse des sonorit\u00e9s multiples \u00e0 travers des textes po\u00e9tiques et introspectifs. Apr\u00e8s son premier album solo, Painted Imageries, qui explore la narration et l\u2019imaginaire personnel, Na\u00efka pr\u00e9pare la sortie de son deuxi\u00e8me opus, Purple N Blue, pr\u00e9vu pour 2025.
AZARA <\/strong>est un projet musical n\u00e9 \u00e0 Montr\u00e9al, ville-carrefour o\u00f9 les cultures se croisent et se r\u00e9inventent. Port\u00e9 par une \u00e2me andalouse et l\u2019\u00e9nergie cr\u00e9ative de la sc\u00e8ne montr\u00e9alaise, le groupe fusionne les traditions du sud de l\u2019Espagne avec les rythmes d\u2019Am\u00e9rique latine et l\u2019esprit du jazz contemporain. Son univers m\u00eale copla, bolero, rumba flamenca, salsa et flamenco-jazz dans un langage personnel et vibrant. Au c\u0153ur d\u2019AZARA, il y a d\u2019abord une volont\u00e9 claire : raconter des histoires. Chaque chanson est pens\u00e9e comme un voyage \u00e9motionnel. En concert, AZARA offre une exp\u00e9rience immersive et chaleureuse, marqu\u00e9e par l\u2019expressivit\u00e9 du chant, la complicit\u00e9 des musiciens et cette \u00e9nergie andalouse capable de passer d\u2019une douce m\u00e9lancolie \u00e0 une f\u00eate ensoleill\u00e9e. Na\u00efka Champa\u00efgne<\/strong> is a Haitian and queer multi-instrumentalist and multidisciplinary artist \u2014 also an actor, model, and professional trainer \u2014 born and raised in Montreal (Tio\u2019tia:ke). Her musical universe reflects the richness of her identity and influences, blending neo-soul, funk, folk, blues, rock, and hip-hop. Passionate about music since her teenage years, she began her journey at a music-focused high school, where she received classical training in clarinet and saxophone before turning to songwriting and composition. Shortly after, she co-founded the duo Strange Froots with Mags, developing a distinctive style described as \u201calternative chill-soul.\u201d Her eclectic sound weaves together diverse influences through poetic and introspective lyrics. Following her first solo album, Painted Imageries\u2014an exploration of storytelling and personal imagination\u2014Na\u00efka is preparing the release of her second project, Purple N Blue, expected in 2025.
