Depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es, la chanteuse La\u00efla Amezian propose des ateliers ouverts \u00e0 tous, sans pr\u00e9requis, pour s\u2019initier au chant chaabi marocain. Le cha\u00e2bi, c\u2019est la voix du peuple : une musique transmise de g\u00e9n\u00e9rations en g\u00e9n\u00e9rations, ancr\u00e9e dans le quotidien, rythm\u00e9e, chaleureuse, porteuse de joie mais aussi de r\u00e9cits profonds et parfois engag\u00e9s.
L\u2019atelier ne se limite pas \u00e0 une simple pratique vocale, c\u2019est une v\u00e9ritable plong\u00e9e sensorielle dans l\u2019univers musical du chaabi \u00e0 travers la voix et le rythme. Vous serez en effet invit\u00e9s \u00e0 ressentir la musique de l\u2019int\u00e9rieur, \u00e0 d\u00e9couvrir des textes aux accents po\u00e9tiques, et les histoires qu\u2019ils racontent, les \u00e9motions qu\u2019ils transmettent.
Ce moment collectif est aussi une occasion de s\u2019immerger dans une culture vivante, d\u2019en comprendre les codes, les symboles, et la richesse souvent m\u00e9connue. Une attention particuli\u00e8re est port\u00e9e \u00e0 la diversit\u00e9 des styles chaabi de la partie nord du pays, et au r\u00f4le essentiel des femmes dans cette tradition musicale.
Aucune exp\u00e9rience musicale n\u2019est requise : seulement l\u2019envie de d\u00e9couvrir, de partager et de laisser sa voix r\u00e9sonner avec celle du groupe. \u00c0 la fin de l\u2019atelier, vous repartirez avec en t\u00eate quelques extraits de chansons et leurs traductions en fran\u00e7ais, ainsi qu’avec des rep\u00e8res rythmiques simples et des \u00e9l\u00e9ments pour prolonger l\u2019exp\u00e9rience chez vous ou avec d’autres.

For several years, singer La\u00efla Amezian has been offering open workshops, with no prerequisites, to introduce participants to Moroccan chaabi singing. Cha\u00e2bi is the people\u2019s voice: a music passed down through generations, rooted in daily life, rhythmic, warm, joyful, yet also carrying profound and sometimes engaged stories.
This workshop goes far beyond simple vocal practice: it\u2019s a true sensory immersion into the musical universe of chaabi through voice and rhythm. You\u2019ll be invited to feel the music from within, to explore texts rich with poetry, the stories they tell, and the emotions they convey.
It\u2019s also a collective experience, an opportunity to dive into a living culture, to understand its codes, its symbols, and its often-overlooked richness. Special attention will be given to the diversity of chaabi styles from the northern regions of Morocco and to the essential role women play in this musical tradition.
No prior musical experience is required, only the desire to discover, to share, and to let your voice resonate with the group. By the end of the workshop, you\u2019ll take away fragments of songs and their French translations, along with simple rhythmic patterns and tools to continue the experience on your own or with others.
