Apr\u00e8s des ann\u00e9es de tourn\u00e9es \u00e9puisantes, Levy a ressenti le besoin de se recentrer. Enregistr\u00e9 en Ontario rural fin 2023 avec son groupe et le producteur Luke Temple, l\u2019album a \u00e9t\u00e9 capt\u00e9 en grande partie en live, sans clic, favorisant l\u2019imperfection et la spontan\u00e9it\u00e9. On y retrouve une chaleur acoustique et une esth\u00e9tique proche du folk canadien des ann\u00e9es 1970. The album was largely recorded live in rural Ontario in late 2023, with her core band and producer Luke Temple. Captured without a click track, its warm, acoustic textures recall the golden era of Canadian folk while embracing human error and spontaneity.
