Membre fondateur de Canicule, son premier album solo \u00ab On Frap \u00bb a d\u00e9pass\u00e9 les 12 millions de streams sur toutes les plateformes.<br>Apr\u00e8s avoir officialis\u00e9 sa signature sur le plus gros label Rap francophone d\u2019Am\u00e9rique du Nord, Disques 7i\u00e8me Ciel, Shreez a sorti son second deuxi\u00e8me album solo intitul\u00e9 \u00ab JE SUIS CANICULE \u00bb, o\u00f9 l\u2019on pourra retrouver des artistes comme Souldia, FouKi, Tizzo ou encore Lost. Le lancement d\u2019album s\u2019est fait dans un Club Soda \u00e0 guichets ferm\u00e9s. L\u2019album \u00ab Je Suis Canicule \u00bb a \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019ADISQ 2023 dans la cat\u00e9gorie \u2018Meilleur Album Rap\u2019. Il fit une performance remarqu\u00e9e lors de la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie.<br>En 2024 Shreez et son groupe Canicule sortent l\u2019album BOYZ. Le premier extrait \u00ab Croise Les Doigts \u00bb a atteint les top tendances musicales sur YouTube.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hailing from the Fabreville neighborhood in Laval, Shawn Volcy\u2014better known as Shreez\u2014is a major force in the Quebec hip-hop scene. He rose to prominence early on with his group Canicule, launching a movement that breathed new life into Quebec rap. Blending joual with Montreal slang over infectious beats, his lyrical style earned him the 2019 SOCAN Award. A founding member of Canicule, Shreez&#8217;s debut solo album On Frap has surpassed 12 million streams across all platforms.<br>After officially signing with Disques 7i\u00e8me Ciel\u2014the biggest French-language rap label in North America\u2014Shreez released his highly anticipated second solo album, JE SUIS CANICULE, featuring artists like Souldia, FouKi, Tizzo, and Lost. The album launch took place at a sold-out Club Soda. JE SUIS CANICULE was nominated for \u201cBest Rap Album\u201d at the 2023 ADISQ Awards, where Shreez delivered a standout performance.<br>In 2024, Shreez and his group Canicule dropped the album BOYZ.
