Leur premier album, Viet Cong (2015), m\u00e9langeait post-punk, pop psych\u00e9d\u00e9lique, shoegaze, noise et \u00e9lectronique de mani\u00e8re audacieuse, tout en conservant une pulsation profond\u00e9ment humaine. Cette connexion \u00e0 l\u2019humanit\u00e9 est rest\u00e9e une constante \u00e0 travers leurs albums, bien que leur son ait \u00e9volu\u00e9 : plus subtil et ouvert sur Preoccupations (2016), plus hymnique sur New Material (2018), et plus frontal sur Arrangements (2022).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Preoccupations&#8217; beautifully rough version of post-punk is equally life-affirming and well-versed in existential dread. The band&#8217;s debut album, 2015&#8217;s Viet Cong, mixed post-punk, psych-pop, shoegaze, noise, and electronics in fearless ways that nevertheless maintained a very human pulse.
