SlowPitchSound est un compositeur prim\u00e9, un mentor et un explorateur du son et de l\u2019image bas\u00e9 \u00e0 Toronto, avec plus de vingt ans d\u2019exp\u00e9rience. Il a collabor\u00e9 avec de brillant.e.s cr\u00e9ateur.rice.s issu.e.s d\u2019un large \u00e9ventail de disciplines, dont l\u2019op\u00e9ra, le jazz, la musique classique, la musique \u00e9lectronique, le th\u00e9\u00e2tre et la danse. Son style unique de production musicale, autoproclam\u00e9 \u00ab scifi-turntablism \u00bb, a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 sur les sc\u00e8nes du monde entier, notamment au Canada, en Australie, aux \u00c9tats-Unis, au Royaume-Uni, en France, en Su\u00e8de, en Allemagne et \u00e0 Ta\u00efwan. SlowPitchSound\u00a0is an award winning Toronto-based composer, mentor, and explorer of sound & visuals with over two decades of experience. He has collaborated with brilliant creators from a wide range of disciplines including opera, jazz, classical, electronic music, theatre and dance. His unique style of music production, self proclaimed as \u201cscifi-turntablism\u201d, has been featured on stages around the world including Canada, Australia, USA, United Kingdom, France, Sweden, Germany and Taiwan. With a passion for depth and detail in his work, SlowPitchSound is heavily inspired by nature, outer space, and dystopian sci-fi. His approach to making and presenting music includes turntablism, live sampling and field recordings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bana Haffar<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bana Haffar\u00a0<\/strong>est une compositrice de musique \u00e9lectronique vivant \u00e0 Montr\u00e9al, au Canada. Elle travaille avec des motifs, du design sonore et du s\u00e9quen\u00e7age bas\u00e9 sur des \u00e9chantillons, cherchant \u00e0 relier les univers sonores et les motifs \u00e0 divers syst\u00e8mes non musicaux. En 2014, Bana a fond\u00e9, avec Eric Cheslak, Modular on the Spot \u00e0 Los Angeles, et en 2021, elle a co-fond\u00e9 le Beirut Synthesizer Center au Liban.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bana Haffar is an electronic music composer living in Montreal, Canada. She works with patterns, sound design, and sample based sequencing, attempting to relate sound worlds and patterns to various non-musical systems. In 2014 Bana, together with Eric Cheslak, founded Modular on the Spot in Los Angeles and in 2021 she co-founded the Beirut Synthesizer Center in Lebanon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
