Lhasa de Sela \u00e9tait une artiste dont la pr\u00e9sence puissante et les chants transcendaient le langage et franchissaient les fronti\u00e8res en sondant les arch\u00e9types de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience humaine. Aujourd\u2019hui, pr\u00e8s de 15 ans apr\u00e8s sa mort, ses chansons perdurent. Ces deux soir\u00e9es au Rialto, dans le quartier que Lhassa appelle chez lui, nous r\u00e9unissons une combinaison d\u2019amis, de collaborateurs et d\u2019une nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration d\u2019artistes qu\u2019elle a influenc\u00e9s pour interpr\u00e9ter et c\u00e9l\u00e9brer ses chansons.

Lhasa de Sela was an artist whose powerful presence and songs transcended language and bridged borders by plumbing the archetypes of human experience. Today, almost 15 years after her death, her songs live on. These two nights at the Rialto, in the neighbourhood Lhasa called home, we gather a combination of friends, collaborators and a newer generation of artists she influenced to perform and celebrate her songs.
