Douance est un groupe musical grunge inspir\u00e9 des ann\u00e9es 90, au style cru et lo-fi. Alexandrine Rodrigue, originaire du Saguenay, \u0153uvre sur la sc\u00e8ne musicale qu\u00e9b\u00e9coise depuis pr\u00e8s de dix ans. Ses pi\u00e8ces m\u00e9langent amour, h\u00e9sitation et m\u00e9lancolie, avec une touche de l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9. En 2024, elle a sorti l’album “Monstre”, une ode \u00e0 l’\u00e9trange, la transformation et l’acceptation de soi, m\u00ealant mal-\u00eatre, r\u00e9silience et l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9. Sur sc\u00e8ne, Douance captive avec une \u00e9nergie brute et une pr\u00e9sence authentique, offrant une exp\u00e9rience inoubliable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Douance is a 90s-inspired grunge band with a raw, lo-fi style. Alexandrine Rodrigue, originally from Saguenay, has been active on the Quebec music scene for almost ten years. Her songs mix love, hesitation and melancholy, with a touch of lightness. In 2024, she released the album \u201cMonstre\u201d, an ode to strangeness, transformation and self-acceptance, blending malaise, resilience and lightness. On stage, Douance captivates with raw energy and authentic presence, offering an unforgettable experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Wesleys<\/strong> (21h)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Concoctant un assemblage parfaitement \u00e9clectique de garage pop des ann\u00e9es 60, de riffs de guitare des ann\u00e9es 70 et de style DIY des ann\u00e9es 90, The Wesleys est une v\u00e9ritable bouff\u00e9e d’air frais. Des num\u00e9ros de rock entra\u00eenants et rapides avec des arp\u00e8ges de guitare fuzzy et des vocaux m\u00e9lodiques abondants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Concocting a perfectly eclectic blend of ’60s garage pop, ’70s guitar riffs and ’90s DIY style, The Wesleys are a breath of fresh air. Catchy, fast-paced rock numbers with fuzzy guitar arpeggios and lush melodic vocals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gab Bouchard (22h)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gab Bouchard, en spectacle, \u00e7a commence et \u00e7a finit sur \u00ab un gros high \u00bb en prenant le temps d\u2019assumer pleinement quelques pi\u00e8ces plus pos\u00e9es au mitan – un show \u00e9labor\u00e9, continu, chin\u00e9 de country-folk, de pop-rock et de soul, vallonn\u00e9 de moments acoustiques et surtout d\u2019arrangements plus rentre-dedans que sur les enregistrements. R\u00e9cemment propuls\u00e9 par une tourn\u00e9e pour pr\u00e9senter son deuxi\u00e8me album, Grafignes, qui s\u2019est sold\u00e9e par un MTelus bien rempli, Gab Bouchard pr\u00e9sente son nouveau spectacle, appuy\u00e9 par son Cool Band: Pierre-Olivier Gagnon (basse), Mathieu Quenneville (claviers), Zachary Boileau (guitare) et Victor Tremblay-Desrosiers (batterie). \u00ab Sur le premier album on se plaignait pis l\u00e0 on se d\u00e9foule \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gab Bouchard’s live show starts and ends with a \u201cbig high\u201d, taking the time to fully embrace a few more laid-back pieces in the middle – an elaborate, continuous show, chock-full of country-folk, pop-rock and soul, hilly with acoustic moments and, above all, arrangements that are more hard-hitting than on the recordings. Recently propelled by a tour to present his second album, Grafignes, which resulted in a packed MTelus, Gab Bouchard presents his new show, backed by his Cool Band: Pierre-Olivier Gagnon (bass), Mathieu Quenneville (keyboards), Zachary Boileau (guitar) and Victor Tremblay-Desrosiers (drums). \u201cOn the first album, we were complaining, but now we’re letting off steam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
