Its first single, \u201cKeep Me Free\u201d, unveils the artistic direction of Peter Dreams, a brand-new project from one of alternative rock&#8217;s most recognizable voices. This instinct-driven artistic exploration blends anticipation, hesitation and introspection about the future ahead. Peter Dreams has presented this new project on stage at a number of shows with MOONRIIVR, including M for Montreal and Block Heater with Tanya Tagaq and U.S. Girls. This summer, music fans can discover Peter Dreams at the Hillside Festival, with more performances to come.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Nyssa (18h)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nyssa, po\u00e8te punk pa\u00efenne de Toronto, a bravement mis ses mains dans la gueule du lion, unissant ses talents de performance et d&#8217;\u00e9criture pour conjurer l&#8217;\u00e9nergie indomptable du rock n&#8217; roll. Elle chante sur les choses sauvages, les dieux anciens, le romantisme transfrontalier et l&#8217;exorcisme des traumatismes. Sur sc\u00e8ne, elle vise une connexion fi\u00e9vreuse, la musique comme lib\u00e9ration communautaire. Les sons et r\u00e9cits de Nyssa explorent les mythologies anciennes, les l\u00e9gendes celtiques et nos idoles modernes. Avec un style magn\u00e9tique et \u00e9lastique rappelant les mouvements nocturnes hyper-masculins et la magie des hanches (\u00e0 la Jagger, Mink Deville, Danzig), Nyssa nous m\u00e9tamorphose en satyres. Nyssa&#8217;s sounds and stories explore ancient mythologies, Celtic legends and our modern idols. With a magnetic, elastic style reminiscent of hyper-masculine nocturnal movements and hip magic (a la Jagger, Mink Deville, Danzig), Nyssa transforms us into satyrs.
