At the age of 15, she took her first steps on stage alongside her older brother Cheikh Lo ouza Diallo (a pianist, singer and backing vocalist). It was he who introduced her to music, after she had caught the bug from her father Ousmane Diallo, known as Ouza, who remained a very popular singer because of his strong political commitment.Adiouza made her debut in the world music scene on the Paris stages, where she embraced a career with multiple influences, while remaining very attached to African sounds and rhythms. Her father passed on to her his passion for Senegalese music. Her mother, of Malian origin, introduced her to the great classics of griots and Mandingo artists.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>While studying ethnomusicology and music theory (piano, drums and guitar) at Paris 8, she released her first album, &#8220;Maadou&#8221;, in 2009, a mbalax-beat opus tinged with jazz, soul and RnB. This was followed by a second album in 2013, entitled &#8216;Lima Doon&#8217;, and several singles, the latest of which, &#8216;Madame Bonheur&#8217;, released in November 2020, has racked up over 16 million views on YouTube. In 2022 she released her eponymous single MR Bonheur.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>In 2010, she received two awards: Best Newcomer and Best Female Artist at the Sunu Awards.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Her singles Ma la Nob and Daddy were also nominated for the Burkina Faso Kunde and several Afrima awards.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>With her beautiful voice, Adiouza is an atypical singer with a melody tinged with sounds that blend traditional African music with pop.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019originale ADIOUZA, Adji Kane Diallo au civil, est une artiste s\u00e9n\u00e9galaise n\u00e9e \u00e0 Dakar. \u00c0 l\u2019\u00e2ge de 15 ans, elle fait ses premiers pas sur sc\u00e8ne aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de son grand fr\u00e8re Cheikh Lo ouza Diallo (pianiste choriste et chanteur). C\u2019est lui qui l\u2019initie \u00e0 la musique, apr\u00e8s qu\u2019elle ait attrap\u00e9 le virus de son p\u00e8re Ousmane Diallo dit Ouza, restait un chanteur tr\u00e8s populaire du fait de son fort engagement politique. Adiouza a fait ses d\u00e9buts dans le milieu de la World Musique sur les sc\u00e8nes parisiennes o\u00f9 elle embrasse une carri\u00e8re aux influences multiples, tout en restant tr\u00e8s attach\u00e9e aux sonorit\u00e9s et rythmes africains. Son p\u00e8re lui transmet sa passion pour la musique s\u00e9n\u00e9galaise. Sa m\u00e8re d\u2019origine malienne, lui fait \u00e9couter les grands classiques des griots et artistes mandingues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Parall\u00e8lement \u00e0 ses \u00e9tudes d\u2019ethnomusicologie et de solf\u00e8ge (piano, batterie, guitare) \u00e0 Paris 8, elle sort, en son ann\u00e9e de Ma\u00eetrise en 2009, son premier album \u00ab Maadou \u00bb, un opus au beat mbalax teint\u00e9 de jazz, de soul et de RnB. S\u2019ensuivent un deuxi\u00e8me album en 2013 intitul\u00e9 \u00ab Lima Doon \u00bb et plusieurs singles dont le dernier sorti en novembre 2020 \u00ab Madame Bonheur \u00bb a atteint plus de 16 millions de vues sur YouTube.
