Son dernier EP, \u201cMomentum\u201d, est un encha\u00eenement sans enrobage superficiel de rythmiques afrobeats, afro house et konpa propuls\u00e9es par des basses r\u00e9gul\u00e9es au m\u00e9tronome. La musique de Poirier est rassembleuse et procure une envie irr\u00e9pressible de danser. Ce n\u2019est pas pour rien que sa r\u00e9putation d\u00e9passe les fronti\u00e8res.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It&#8217;s impossible to talk about electro in Montreal without mentioning Poirier. &#8220;He doesn&#8217;t have to reinvent the wheel for us to notice &#8211; once again &#8211; that he&#8217;s a curious and sensitive sound architect with an unstoppable sense of groove&#8221; (La Presse, 2022). His latest EP, &#8220;Momentum&#8221;, is an unadorned sequence of Afrobeats, Afro house and konpa rhythms propelled by metronome-regulated bass. Poirier&#8217;s music brings people together and makes them want to dance.
